About these figures. Gross to net: model calculations of the OECD and the European Commission for standard household types at set shares of the national average wage, not individual tax advice; cash benefits are family allowances paid by the state. Amounts in euro are converted from national currencies by Global Macro Expert with official annual average exchange rates. Earnings by occupation: survey averages of gross hourly earnings, latest year available per country, so years differ between countries; the "Estimate" view projects the 2022 EU survey to the latest year with the hourly wage index and is a Global Macro Expert calculation (values in italics, "est.").
