What you may do with the content of Global Macro Expert, and what stays under the licence of its source
These terms explain what you may do with the content of Global Macro Expert. They separate content created by Siller Advisory from third-party material, which keeps its own licence.
1. Content created by Siller Advisory
Content created by Siller Advisory GmbH for Global Macro Expert, in particular our own calculations and price paths, blended Siller price paths, methodology texts, our own chart elements and the compilation of pages, is © Siller Advisory GmbH. All rights reserved.
You may view it and quote it with the attribution "Siller Advisory / Global Macro Expert" and the address (URL) of the page. Any other use, including republication, bulk download, commercial reuse and the training of machine-learning or AI models, needs our prior written permission.
2. Scope
These terms apply only to content created by Siller Advisory.
3. Third-party material
Third-party material licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0), for example from the International Energy Agency (IEA), ENTSO-E and ENTSOG or the World Bank, is not covered by these terms and remains freely reusable under its own licence. Pages and data responses mark it: every published data file names its licence and attribution (fields _meta.licence and _meta.attribution), and pages show them under each chart and table and in the footer notes. The licence of every source is listed on the Data licences page.
4. Modified CC BY material
Where we modify CC BY material, for example by converting units, the underlying material remains reusable under CC BY 4.0. These terms cover at most our own contribution and never restrict anyone's compliance with CC BY 4.0 (sections 2(a)(5)(B) and 3(a)(4) of the licence).
5. Delivery controls
Watermarks and download limits, where we use them, are delivery controls for content created by Siller Advisory only. They do not limit the reuse of third-party material under its own licence.
6. No endorsement
The IEA and the other licensors do not endorse Siller Advisory, Global Macro Expert or this content.
